Almost always the answer is, "No." There are few instances when a customer requests a very large number of machines for their location. In this case, we may ask for a service agreement.

How many people do we need at our location for vending machines?

For a soda machine, 50 people. For a soda and a snack machine, 75 people. For a refrigerated or frozen food machine, 200 people. These are general guidelines we use, however, these numbers can change depending on the type of location you have.

How do I get my money back if the machine does not dispense my merchandise?

We handle refunds in two ways: First, if the location requests, we can leave a small change fund (usually five dollars) with the receptionist, office manager, etc. Upon each service, the route driver will check with this person to inquire if the change fund needs replenishment. Second, if the location does not request a change fund, then you need to place a note on the machine. When the driver restocks the machine, he will take the note and the refund to the receptionist so that it may be forwarded to you.

How often do you service the machines?

Service frequency is determined by the number of people using the machines and by how often the machines are utilized. We have accounts that we service as often as every day to once every two weeks.

What can you do to make the coffee taste better?

Coffee is 98% water; and Houston water has a high mineral content. These minerals can give coffee an "off" taste. All of our brewers come with in-line water filters designed especially for the coffee industry. These filters do an outstanding job of removing minerals from the water so that you can get the best tasting coffee possible.
