Headquartered in a 9,000 square foot facility, Fairmont Diagnostic Center is located near Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena, Texas. We are conveniently located near Fairmont Parkway and Beltway 8 on the east side of Houston. The center is independently owned and managed and primarily serves private medical practices, insurance companies, HMOs and PPOs. We offer MRI, CT Scans, Xray, Ultrasound and Pain Management services.
